日前有網友在臉書「靠北奧客」專頁中表示，自己的朋友在機上看見一名媽媽，指著一名空姐並自家對著年約6、7歲的女兒說「你啊，不好好讀書，就要像這個空姐一樣服侍人了」，一番言語中透露歧視意味，但該名被指的空姐在聽見後，並沒有露出憤怒的表情，而是展開一個溫婉的笑容，溫柔地回答「對啊，不好好讀書，連空姐都做不到。」
空姐高EQ的回應讓許多網友大讚「回答的好」「真是高EQ的空姐！」但該名媽媽的言論卻讓網友憤怒，無法理解該名媽媽怎會認為服務業比較低下，「這媽媽的見識真是讓人心寒，教壞了女兒都不自知！」
